About the Institute

The Institute of Chemical Engineering, Polish Academy of Sciences is a research institution with a long-standing tradition. It was established in 1958 on the initiative of Professor Tadeusz Hobler, one of the founders of Polish process engineering. The Institute is authorized to award doctoral and habilitated doctor degrees in the discipline of chemical engineering.
